Welcome to the game page.

The games are a new addition to our group, and this page
is under construction. But I'll give you a tease about
what the games are about!

The Guess This Song game is pretty simple. Once a month
I'll post 2 MIDIs to the group. Usually with a theme.
You simply click on a link to the current game. Listen
to the MIDIs/MP3s. Click on another link, and type in
your guesses. You have a full week to play! Then I will
post the answers, and list who played!

There is usually a bit of a "twist" to the game. For example,
one month it might be a "Melody Only" game. It's harder than
you think to guess a song with only the melody, played with an
instrument, not someone singing it! Or it might be a "No Melody"
game! It might be a song that's fairly well knows, but I sequenced
it in an unusual style, or genre! Like maybe the song will be
Smoke On The Water, but played in a different key, and in Calypso!

There is an audio/MP3 for each song. Here's an example. This isn't a
game MP3, it's actually me playing over one of my backing tracks.

"The Guess This Chord" game is simple, as well. I'll post a
picture of a chord played on guitar, Ukulele, and keys. You guess
the chord. I mean, how hard can that be! LOL

"The Guess The Key" game is a bit tricky! But the objective is, you
play a fun game, learn a very cool, new chord progression, plus you learn
a bit of theory that will help you develop your musician skills!

I'll post a chord progression, or chord phrase, and you figure out what key
the progression is in! And maybe guess, or learn the mode it's in!

Here's an example, but it would never be this long! This is just a shot
of one of my Barre Chord exercises in a Workshop on Wayne's Corner.
